the " Zoologues ", the " Hydrolicians ",...
- The lake and the wetlands of "Ichkeul" constitute an
essential relay for hundreds of thousands of migratory birds : ducks,
geese, storks, pink flamingos, and many others which come to nourish
and nest there. The lake is the ultimate vestige of a chain of lakes
which extended formerly through "North Africa".

to see the lake, the mountain, the " Baths maures ", the museum,
you will be able to also walk in the forest you will appreciate
the greenery and the diversity of animals which life in the majestic
mountain with its rich and diversified fauna, a landscape to cut you
the breath where the flora competes with its wild ducks, its flamingos.

- Don't miss the museum where you will find various animals which still
live in the forest and even those which are disappeared completly, and of course
don't miss the " Baths maures " whose mineral water is naturally hot.
